EASTER DELIVERIES
If you are ordering Lashes for the Bank Holiday weekend, we advise giving yourself extra time to receive your orders to guarantee they are delivered in time.
Our team work incredible hard to prepare your orders for delivery but it is ultimately down to the Courier selected at checkout to get your orders to you in a timely fashion. We strongly recommend choosing Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery to avoid disappointment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for late delivery due to the bank holiday and that Prima Lash cannot be responsible for the delays in orders due to Couriers.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but please Queens, plan ahead so you can avoid a lash-free bank holiday!

Orders placed on Thursday 18th April may experience delays in delivery and we’d advise ordering earlier to avoid disappointment.

Due to the Bank Holiday, Royal Mail and other couriers are extremely overstretched. This may cause delays to your orders. With this in mind, we STRONGLY recommend choosing a guaranteed next day service. The standard FREE Shipping is NOT insured. Should a parcel go missing, it is the customers responsibility to raise a complaint with the relevant postal service. PRIMA LASH will not be responsible for LOST or DELAYED orders during this period. By placing an order and choosing free standard shipping you agree to take full responsibility should an issue arise.
