We accept returns within 14 days of purchase providing the product has not been opened and is in a re-saleable condition. Any returned goods will be inspected before a refund/exchange is offered. The manager's decision is final. Delivery charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from any amount owed. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend using a tracked service to confirm the goods have safely reached our warehouse.
