Refund policy
Do you want to return something? No problem! .
•You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order, providing it is unused, unopened and is in a re-saleable condition.
•You can also exchange any unused item within 28 days, but you will be required to pay for postage.
•We'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account - we can’t send a replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click 'edit' (remember to click 'Save' when you're done).
•If the item is no longer in stock, then a refund will be issued instead.
•We will refund the price you purchased your item at, excluding any postal charges.
•The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
•All costs associated with a return is the buyers responsibility.

Please remember to include a copy of your invoice or a note so we know who you are!
Hopefully you will love our lashes so much that you wont want to return anything, but its good to know the option is there should you need it :)
